Dr Maria Tumarkin's address at the annual The State of the (Writing) Nation discussing the way forward for literature in Australia. She questions arguments for literature as a public good deserving of support, and poses more urgent ways of supporting writers and readers.

Dr Wendy Were talks of the transformation that the Arts and Cultural industry is facing as part of the Know My Name Conference 2020. The Know My Name Conference aimed to celebrate all women as artists, activists, researchers, intellectuals and mentors now and into the future. It was virtual conference presented by the National Gallery of Australia, in collaboration with the Australia Council for the Arts, Australian National University School of Art & Design, University of Melbourne and UNSW Art & Design.
